Dan Collins has over 20 years experience in the pest management industry. He consults with some of the largest food manufacturers in the United States and develops integrated pest management systems for bakeries, pet food manufacturers, food packaging facilities and agri-based food production companies.
Dan is versed in the Global Food Safety Initiative, third party audits and regulatory compliance. He partners with clients so they exceed third party audit expectations which strengthens brand reputation and provides competitive advantage.
Dan has a strong background in problem-solving pest issues with emphasis in commensal rodents, birds and insects – particularly cockroaches and stored product insects. However, his diverse background and in-depth experience has exposed him to numerous challenging pest management scenarios.
Dan has spoken nationally and internationally on a variety of pest management and food safety topics. He is a contributor to PMP and PCT Magazines, both nationally circulated magazines. His pest management company was recognized in 2012 by PCT Magazine as one of the top 25 pest management firms in the U.S. on the rise.
Dan graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Wildlife Science and is a Board-Certified Entomologist accredited through the Entomological Society of America. He is a member of Pi Chi Omega, Indiana and Kentucky Pest Management Associations and the National Pest Management Association.
